    I have four of those. They're all dated around 2003-2004, I'm not sure what they were used for, but I found them all at once in the dumpster near a racked computer (which I regret not taking). They seem to be some sort of professional cards for a multiscreen LCD setup.
    From the little I found about them, the real name is Chips & Tech HiQ Video.

    Dear Friend
    This video card is called Helga card, is been used in NCR ATM Machines. It has two video out put one is VGA & the other is LVDS.
    Please advise if what u have is working one how much you want to seel them.
