Yeah, the card is also acting as dead one :/
I was quite suprised about those capacitors, never saw this kind of package damaged. In future i think i will try recap

They look like polymer capacitor, but they're actually electrolytic capacitors without the plastic sleeving, and in this case, without vent ! This is just wrong !
BTW, the red one is a GeCube. I used my GeCube 9600 Pro that I bought new in 2004 for years before replacing it with an HD5770.

The capacitors on the red one are about to blow ! Those are Sacon FZ, some of the worst caps commonly found on video cards.
