I have a 386 "nostalgia box" with an eerily similar video card. It's physically almost identical, just the markings are different.
Mine is marked "LOT NO:AVGA3M-CO3" on the front and "MACHSPEED9310" on the back. I'm told this thing can drive screens up to 1280x1024. That's GIGANTIC for 1993!
