VGA Legacy

Released by Mitsubishi in July 1994. 3D-RAM is modified version of CDRAM with added arithmetic logic unit doing blending, depth check, stencil and raster operations. It's four bank SDRAM with 2 Kbits of SRAM cache and an arithmetic logic unit (ALU) all on a single chip. Used only on professional graphic cards.
