    I have the exact same card ! But without the memory extension though.
    I can't find much information or tests about these.

    Tested it already, ofc its slower than Permedia 2, but missing textures everywhere (OpenGL and D3D too). In GLQuake 640x480 its 13,4FPS vs 22,6FPS (Permedia 2). Doesn't seem to me like a usable gaming card. They were sold only as lowend professional cards and most of them with Pemedia/NT modification = +integrated geometry setup in chip. They are quite rare cards, so i'm happy that i got one.
